LU)\" gibt dabei die Bodenqualität wieder, wie sie erhoben wurde. Er berücksichtigt jedoch nicht weitere planerische Einschränkungen gemäss den Luzerner FFF-Kriterien. Dies betrifft unter anderen diverse Abstände zu versiegelten Flächen, Gebäuden. etc. oder Bauzonen. Der vorliegende Datensatz \"Fruchtfolgeflächen: Relevanz\" basiert auf der Neukartierung / Neuerhebung und ergänzt diese mit einer automatisierten Berechnung, welche die amtliche Vermessung inkl. deren Abstände gemäss Richtlinie FFF, das Siedlungsgebiet, Naturschutzgebiete, landwirtschaftliche Klimazonen und offene Abbau- und Deponiegebiete berücksichtigt. Nicht eingerechnet wird das Hangneigungskriterium. Dies erfordert eine manuelle Beurteilung durch die Gesuchstellenden in Bereichen, welche eine Abklärung gemäss Attribut \"Beurteilung\" erfordern. Deshalb wird die Bodenqualität seit 2009 neu erhoben. Dabei wird nicht nur die Qualität von FFF bestimmt, sondern die umfassenden Bodeneigenschaften (=Bodenkartierung) festgestellt. Im Vordergrund steht folglich die Bodenqualität und nicht die FFF-Eignung. Der Fokus der FFF-Neukartierung wird momentan insbesondere auf die Zentrums- und Achsenregionen im Kanton gerichtet, da in diesen Regionen der Druck auf Kulturland bzw. FFF besonderes gross ist. Überall dort, wo neue Gebiete erhoben wurden, werden diese laufend in die bestehende Kartierung eingesetzt. Es findet ein kontinuierlicher Erneuerungsprozess der ehem. Kartierung statt. FFF-Ausschlusskriterien (wie z.B. spezifische Abstände zu Gebäuden, Gewässern oder Gehölz) werden bei der Neukartierung nicht berücksichtigt.\nDie\n Fruchtfolgeflächen--Neuerhebungen können die\n bisherigen Grundlagen aus der FFF-Erhebung 1988/94, welche mit Qualitätsmängeln\n behaftet sind, ersetzen. Die Umstellung der statistischen Berechnung der Kontingentsflächen auf die neue Datengrundlage der Neukartierung wird erst mit der vollständigen Kartierung der FFF-relevanten Gebiete über den ganzen Kanton erfolgen. Genauigkeit des Zonenplans). Ab der Statistik 2021 wurde eine neue Berechnungsmethode eingeführt. Neu werden die bisherigen rein rechnerischen Pauschalabzüge für versiegelte Flächen, Bäche etc. durch Abzüge über die Geodaten der amtlichen Vermessungen ersetzt.
