Bemassungs- und Hilfslinien dienen der Anzeige des Abstands einer Baulinie zum Objekt (Strasse, Gewässer etc.), auf welches sie sich bezieht.<\/p>
Baulinien begrenzen die Bebauung und dienen insbesondere der Sicherung bestehender und geplanter Anlagen, der baulichen Gestaltung und zur Freihaltung des Gewässerraums. Die Strassen- und Baulinienpläne dienen dazu, den Strassenraum zu gestalten oder Gelände für geplante Strassen freizuhalten.<\/p>
